5 swimming tips all swimmers should use


1. I have some tips for swimming eat 3/4 as much as regular and eat 1 piece of candy to improve your stroke. (improve 2 seconds on 50's)

2. Also hop on your right foot while playing an instrument at 5:30 in the morning (improve 3seconds on 50's)

3. Eat Japanese food to help your blood energized. (I think sushi works best) (improve 3seconds on 50's)

4. Sleep with teddy bears to calm yourself down. (improve 3seconds on 50's)

5. Drink exactly 15 fluid ounces of Pepsi. (measured by U of T)

These tips will help you improve your stroke.
